Mercedes and Javier’s wedding day session at the Sun Valley Barn, Idaho happened to start during one of the thickest, most beautiful blizzards! They’d wed at the Blaine County Courthouse earlier in the day with a small group of family who’d arrived from D.C., Idaho and Columbia to celebrate their official first day as husband and wife!

Mercedes grew up in Twin Falls and has always loved the beauty of Sun Valley, naturally it was the perfect place for their celebration. Javier’s family had just arrived from Columbia and they were troopers as they navigated one of the biggest snowstorms of the year, with champagne in-hand. I will always admire Mercedes’ graceful walk with Javier through the calf-deep snow, in stilettos. My kind of lady.
